IJW Design and Consulting is an established small and friendly Architectural Technologist practice on the outskirts of the City of Hereford, Herefordshire. The practice offers a full Architectural Design Service that can be expected from any small Architectural practice. The design services cover Hereford City, Herefordshire, and surrounding areas.
Designs can be created for new build homes, home extensions, loft conversions, alterations, refurbishments, renovations and listed buildings as well as small commercial and public building designs.
All planning applications and building regulations submissions are dealt with by the practice on behalf of their clients, helping to alleviate any of the guess work and potential hassle that these processes can entail. The planning applications, building regulations drawings and submissions are to a standard that you can at least expect from any professional Architectural practice, ensuring that all detailing and planning aspects are dealt with to a high standard.
About
The practice is run by Ian Williams who has over 30 years experience in the technical specification side of the construction industry.
Ian is trained and experienced as an Architectural Technologist and trained in two of Herefords largest Architects Practices. The practice was set up in 2010 and has been offering a quality and reliable service ever since.
What we can do? The architectural work, from design to construction detailing, is aimed mainly at the domestic market and small scale commercial and public buildings. This mainly covers new build houses, extensions, conversions, renovations and listed buildings. All communication with relevant authorities such as planning applications and building regulations submissions are dealt with by IJW Design and Consulting.
